How credits work: Every plan includes a monthly allowance of run credits (campaign sends, flow steps, webhooks) and Covie AI credits (1 credit ≈ a slice of real AI cost — a normal chat ≈ 3, a full campaign build ≈ 25–30). Both reset each month — no rollover.
Top-ups that never expire: Run out before month-end? Paid plans buy prepaid packs anytime — run credits at $5 per 10,000, Covie credits at $5 per 500 ($0.01 each). Bought credits are yours forever and carry across months.
Free tier: Hard-capped — no surprise bills. Hit the wall and upgrade to keep going and unlock top-ups.
